ABOUT ME

My name is Michelle

I’m Michelle, a NCSF National Council on Strength and Fitness-certified personal trainer who loves helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals, while helping them to steer away from all the misinformation.

With over 10 years of personal training experience in the field, I’m here to help you with your goals, whether you’re trying to make healthier life choices or whether you’re training for a marathon.

My fitness journey began 10 years ago in Toronto, when I decided to change my life and set a goal for myself to be able to complete a half Ironman.

The experience taught me some fundamental truths and led me to become a personal trainer. These truths are:

  • It’s never too late to change your life around and make healthier choices

  • The real formula for success is consistency and dedication. There are times you’ll stray from healthy choices, but having an accountability partner like me will help you stay committed for the long haul.

  • Every individual is unique and requires a customized solution to meet their goals. That’s why I take the time to get to know you and your goals, so that the plan works for you and your lifestyle.

 

Today, I help men and women who are in their late 40s and into their 70s with their health and fitness goals. It’s inspiring to see people in their mid-life to golden years live a better quality of life because of their dedication to their health.
